QR Generator
Turn any text or URL into a QR code and download it as a PNG, all in your browser.
Type some text or a URL to generate a QR code.
What this tool does
Type any text or paste a link and get a QR code instantly. Adjust the size, the quiet-zone margin and the error correction level, then download a crisp PNG or copy the image straight to your clipboard. Everything is generated in your browser, so nothing is tracked or stored.

Frequently asked questions
Does the QR code expire or get tracked?
No. The code encodes your text directly, with no redirect through any server. It never expires and there is no tracking, because the whole thing is generated in your browser.
What does the error correction level do?
It controls how much of the code can be damaged or covered while still scanning. Higher levels (Q, H) survive a logo overlay or a smudge but pack more dots, so the code looks denser. L is the lightest, H the most robust.
Why won't my text fit?
QR codes have a capacity limit that drops as the error correction level rises. If you see an error, shorten the text, lower the error correction level, or increase the size.
Can I copy the image directly?
Yes, on browsers that support image clipboard access. Where that is unavailable, the copy button falls back to copying the encoded text, and you can still download the PNG.
