Legal notice and terms of use

This legal notice governs the use of toolfarm.io (the "Site") and its services. Accessing or using the Site implies full acceptance of these terms. The Site is operated from Spain and is therefore subject to Spanish law.

1. Service provider identification

Pursuant to article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following information identifies the Site operator:

2. Purpose

ToolFarm is a web platform providing digital tools (converters, generators, validators and utilities) that run mostly in the user's browser, with no account required and without sending files to the operator's servers, except for the specific tools that explicitly require it.

3. Acceptable use

The user agrees to make lawful, diligent and honest use of the Site and its tools, and undertakes not to:

  • Use them for purposes contrary to law, morality or public order.
  • Process content that the user does not own or is not authorized to process.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the Site or reverse-engineer its code.
  • Reproduce, distribute or modify the contents without authorization.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Site (text, code, design, graphics, logos, the "ToolFarm" trademark and distinctive signs) are owned by Zerkan Technologies S.L. or by the corresponding third parties, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Access to the Site does not grant the user any rights over those contents.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The tools are provided "as is", with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerkan Technologies S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site.

6. Third-party links

The Site may include links to third-party resources. Zerkan Technologies S.L. assumes no liability for the content, practices or privacy policies of those third-party sites.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy, and by the Cookie Policy, available at /legal/cookies.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile when the user qualifies as a consumer. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the courts corresponding to the registered address of the service provider identified above.

9. Changes

Zerkan Technologies S.L. may amend these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page and are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
